Lee's range of adaptor rings allows almost any lens you can think of to be equipped with a Lee filter holder. Anything smaller than 49mm can be accommodated using step rings, which are readily available in the popular sizes (e.g. 39mm for Leica, 43mm for Voigtlander etc.).
A particularly important aspect of the ring range is the fact that additional 'Wide Angle' rings are available which bring the the position of the filter holder further back towards the camera and thereby reducing the possibility of vignetting, or giving the ability to add another filter slot to the holder slot without the risk of cutoff when using wide angle lenses.
We recommend the use of wide angle rings on any lens with focal length wider than 35mm on 35mm format or the equivalent on other formats. Lee offer handy white plastic lens caps that clip onto the adaptor ring, when left on the front of your lens; this means you don't have to keep taking rings off, and are ready for that next shot.
